Luciano Grimaldi

Chef Ejecutivo

Luciano was born in Junin, province of Buenos Aires on January 22nd, 1980. He developed his love of cooking as a child supported by his family. He went to cooking school at the Institute: The Bue Trainers.
He was always drawn to home cooking mixed with a touch of French style. He started his professional career working in restaurants in Buenos Aires until he discovered his mentor Guillaume Bianchi, the Executive Chef of the Buenos Aires Hilton.
 
He also acknowledges the influence of other very important chefs in his professional development, like Olivier Falchi, Daniel Gonzales and Guillermo Buzquiano.
 
His experience in Buenos Aires includes working at the Hotel Madero Sofitel as Executive Sous Chef and the Ceaser Park. Abroad he worked in Germany at the Pier House restaurant, in France and Italy at the Cordon Bleu where he did some internships in the Medicce Villa and in Rome in a two star restaurant. 
 
He won his first prizes in the "Torneo Nacional de Chef"and in the "Gourmand Tournament" in Muenster, Germany.
 
Luciano explains that "his dishes are a reflection of the scents that he keeps from his childhood and from his mentors that have inspired him in this beautiful art of cooking. I respect every ingredient and I enjoy with pleasure the effort and care I place in every dish".
